• Cell selection and matching based on electrical characteristics

• Use of a rectangular honeycomb structure with dual cell holders to increase pack rigidity

• Spot welding using 0.2 mm × 10 mm nickel strips, with 0.4 mm reinforced sections to improve current handling

• Application of silicone between cells to improve shock absorption and insulation

• Additional protection using Kapton tape to prevent possible shorts with balance wires

• Internal insulation using adhesive dielectric material

• Final encapsulation using high-resistance heat-shrink wrap

This process results in a safe, reliable battery pack designed for intensive FPV use.
