Warranty

Maxterdrone S.L. "Maxterdrone" provides this Limited Warranty to buyers of the Maxterdrone product (s) included in the sales package (" Product ").
Maxterdrone warrants to you that during the 3-month warranty period, Maxterdrone or a service company authorized by Maxterdrone will rectify defects in materials, design and manufacture free of charge and within a commercially reasonable period of time through repair or, in the case that Maxterdrone deems necessary in its discretion, replacement of the Product, in accordance with this Limited Warranty (unless otherwise provided by law). This Limited Warranty will only be valid and will be effective in the country in which you purchased the Product provided Maxterdrone has designated the Product for sale in that country. However, when you have purchased the Product in a Member State of the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland or Turkey and Maxterdrone originally used the Product for sale in one of these countries, this Limited Warranty shall be valid and in force in all countries detailed above. Some limitations may apply to the service covered by the warranty due to the country-specific elements present in the Products. Shipping cost are in charge of the client and also can not be refunded.


Warranty period and return

The warranty period will start at the time of the original purchase of the Product by the first end user. The Product may consist of several different parts and the different parts may be covered by a different warranty period (hereinafter the "Warranty Period").
Maxterdrone warrants that the Product (s) meet the specifications contained in its offers provided they have been handled, transported, stored and used in accordance with the instructions contained in the respective User Manuals. Consequently, Maxterdrone assumes its responsibility only for those nonconformities and defects that have been proven to have been caused by actions or negligence committed prior to the moment of delivery of the Products to the first carrier.
Customer will inspect the Product (s) immediately upon receipt and inform Maxterdrone in writing of any claim or claim in respect of the Product (s) attributable to Maxterdrone within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
To the extent permitted by the laws of your country, the Warranty Period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected by the subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the Product authorized by Maxterdrone. However, the repaired part (s) or replacement products supplied during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for 30 days (30) from the date of repair or substitution, whichever is greater.

Anything not expressly provided in these General Conditions, is supplied "as is", so no guarantees, explicit or implicit, derived from the law or from any other instance regarding the Product (s) are offered.


How to obtain warranty service

If you wish to file a claim under this Limited Warranty, please send your Product or the affected part (other than the complete Product) to the following address:

Any claim made under this Limited Warranty shall be subject to notice by you of the alleged defect to Maxterdrone or to a service company authorized by Maxterdrone within a reasonable time after its discovery and in any event never subsequent to the expiration date of the Warranty Period.
In making a claim under this Limited Warranty you must provide: a) the Product (or part affected) shipping costs in charge of the client and b) the original proof of purchase, clearly indicating the name and address of the seller, the date and place of the purchase, the type of product.


What does not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

   1- User manuals or software, configuration, contents, data or third-party links, included or downloaded in the Product, including during installation, assembly, shipping or at any other time in the delivery chain or otherwise acquired in any way for you. Maxterdrone does not warrant that the Maxterdrone software will fit your needs, operate in combination with any hardware or software provided by a third party provider, or that the operation of any software is free from any interruptions or errors, or that any defect present in the software may be subject to rectification or rectification.

    2 - Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, wear of printed parts subjected to stresses or electronic boards subjected to vibration or tampering).

    3 - Defects caused by poor handling (including but not limited to defects caused by sharpening, bending, compression or falling, extreme temperatures, humidity, poor connection, etc.)

    4 - Defects or damages caused by misuse of the Product, including use contrary to instructions provided by Maxterdrone (for example, as provided in the Product Mounting Manual).

    5 - Alleged defects arising from the fact that the Product was used with or in connection with any product, equipment, software and / or service not manufactured or supplied by Maxterdrone or otherwise used for its intended use. Defects may be caused by viruses due to unauthorized access by you or a third party to services, other accounts, networks or computer systems. Such unauthorized access may be through hacking, unlawful obtaining of passwords or other similar means.

    6 - Other acts beyond the reasonable control of Maxterdrone.
